About the event
In this workshop, we will create "Ethical Wills".
An Ethical Will is not about how you will leave your money or your property or your healthcare needs for others. An Ethical will is about leaving your values, and your views on what's important in life, to the next generation. We will briefly learn about ethical wills, from their Biblical origin, and we will begin to create our own to share with family and friends.
The first part is an opportunity to create a simple artistic cover for our Ethical Will and to learn about the storied history of their origins.
The second part will be an opportunity to begin drafting our own Ethical Wills while sharing some ideas of values and important lessons we wish to pass to future generations.
Both parts are in one session.
This workshop is lead in English by Rabbi Lev Baesh.
